How To Use Yocan Hive 2.0?

Like most Yocan devices, the Hive 2.0 is incredibly easy to operate and it won’t take too long until you're a pro. The Hive 2.0 features very simple single-button controls that eliminate unnecessary confusion during use. Using the Hive 2.0 is as simple as filling up your atomizer of choice, picking a voltage setting, and taking a draw! 

1. How To Operate Yocan Hive 2.0

When loading the thin oil atomizer, start by unscrewing the mouthpiece and using a syringe or refill bottle to carefully fill up the cartridge at an angle against its glass walls. Be careful not to fill any more than 0.8mL, then replace the mouthpiece.

When loading the wax atomizer, start by unscrewing the atomizer tube and use a dabber tool to place concentrates directly onto the coil. Screw the atomizer tube back onto the Hive 2.0, then click the power button rapidly 5 times to turn the device on.

You can now navigate through voltage settings by rapidly clicking the power button 5 times. There are 3 different voltage settings on the Yocan Hive vape and these include 3.4v, 3.8v, and 4.2v, voltages are indicated by the three lights towards the top of the unit. One light represents the lowest setting, two lights indicate the medium setting and three lights will mean the device is on the highest voltage setting. When you have selected a voltage, you can bring the Hive 2.0 to your lips, hold down on the power button, then take a long slow draw from the mouthpiece. 

2. How To Get Best Vapor Quality

There are quite a few ways to ensure you are always getting the best vapor quality possible from your Yocan Hive 2.0 vaporizer. Start by making sure that you properly charge your device before getting started with the session. You will also need to keep up with the maintenance and replace atomizers every few months or whenever they start giving off a burnt taste. Make sure you correctly load your atomizers so that the product can be evenly vaporized and deliver great-tasting vapor. While using the Yocan Hive 2.0, take long slow draws from the device for the best vapor quality. 

3. How To Clean/Maintain It

Begin the Yocan Hive cleaning process by disconnecting the magnetic parts and removing the mouthpiece from the unit and allowing them to soak in isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes. After soaking, take these parts and use a cotton swab to brush off any grime remaining on any of the parts. Throw these parts back into the isopropyl alcohol for a few more minutes before rinsing them off well, drying, and reassembling. Depending on your use, atomizers will need to be replaced about every 2 months or whenever you notice a burnt taste from your vapor.
