Arizer Solo 2 Vaporizer
The Arizer Solo 2 dry herb vaporizer is the latest release from the popular Canadian manufacturer Arizer. It is the successor of the Arizer Solo vaporizer and features a new LED display screen, precise temperature control, and Arizer’s renowned all-glass vapor path.
While this update may seem minor to some, the changes made to the Arizer Solo 2 are actually pretty major and make the Solo 2 one of the best Arizer vaporizers yet!
Who is the Arizer Solo 2 for?
If you were a fan of the first Arizer Solo vape, then you will definitely appreciate all of the improvements Arizer packed into their newest iteration.
However, this is not merely a carbon copy of the original. Solo II is a full evolution of that design philosophy.
The airflow system has improved to provide some of the easiest-to-draw vapor of any Arizer product. They’ve also moved the charging port to the side to allow users to vaporize while the device is connected.

Arizer’s All-Glass Vapor Pathway
Those borosilicate glass aroma tubes aren’t the only reason the Arizer Solo 2’s vapor tastes so good—the entire vapor path, from the oven chamber to your lips, is fashioned from glass.
Why does that matter?
When vapor passes through a vape’s pathway it tends to pick up a bit of the flavor from the materials it touches. That’s why some vapes give off a distinctly metallic flavor. The Arizer Solo 2 tubes are the only thing your vapor touches, so you’re getting nothing but the flavor of your herb.
LED Digital Temperature Control
The Solo 2 vape features a huge, easy-to-read LED display screen—aside from battery life, it also shows the current temperature, your desired temperature, and other key info.

How To Use Arizer Solo 2?
1. How To Operate Arizer Solo 2
To load the Solo 2 vaporizer, pack your dry herbs into the bottom of the glass aroma tube. For the best results, a medium-coarse grind works for getting the herbs to stay put.
Arizer also includes a few rubber stem stoppers so you can preload the Solo for future sessions.
Power the Solo2 on by pressing the “Home” and “Up” buttons.
To adjust the temperature, toggle the directional buttons on the device.
After about 30 seconds, the Solo should be ready to go!
Just draw gently from the glass mouthpiece until the materials are depleted.
2. How To Get Best Vapor Quality
To get the best vapor from your Solo 2 vaporizer, be sure not to overpack the glass aroma tube.
Also, the wide range of temperature options encourages you to experiment with different settings to get the most out of your device.
Lastly, make sure that you are cleaning the unit regularly. Ideally, you would want to try to at least spot-clean the Solo Arizer 2 after every use. But if you can’t, maybe try to make sure to give it a thorough cleaning every few sessions.
Allowing too much residue to gather up will affect the taste and overall quality of your sessions.
3. How To Clean/Maintain It
For the most part, the only component you are going to have to worry about keeping clean is the glass stem aroma tube.
Simply soak the tube in isopropyl alcohol for a deep clean.
If you’re looking for a quicker clean, just give the tube a quick rubdown with a couple of cotton swabs dipped in alcohol.
You can follow this up by giving the tube a good rinse under some hot water.
Make sure to allow the aroma tube some time to dry before your next session.
Warranty
The Arizer Solo 2 comes with a 2-year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects. The battery is also covered by a 1-year warranty so rest assured if there’s an issue you’ll be covered. All you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the greatness of the Solo 2 Arizer.

My Gen 2 Vape
I gave up combustion a year ago when I got a Pax 2. This year I added the Solo 2 to my lineup. Not quite as portable, but able to deliver a bit more of a concentrated hit. A nice addition to the lineup.

This is my second Solo 2. The first was destroyed in a total-loss apartment building fire less than 2 months ago, which left me with only a friend's loaner glass pipe (I lost everything in the fire). Knowing the full vape experience of the Solo 2, I couldn't wait for my insurance to pay out before purchasing another. And if this one gets ruined for whatever reason, there is no doubt I will buy another. The Solo 2 is that good, especially with the curved glass tubes (sold separately). Highly recommended!
