Precise Temperature
The Xvape Aria allows users to choose any precise temperature within the impressive range of 100C-240C. Temperature can be easily adjusted using the two adjustment buttons and digital display. Here is a quick representation of how long the oven takes to heat up to certain temperatures.

- 180C (356F) = 20 seconds
- 200C (392F) = 25 seconds
- 220 (428F) = 30 seconds
- 240C (464F) = 35 seconds
Battery Life
The Xvape Aria is powered by a 2600mAh internal battery that can provide users with about 4-6 sessions per full battery. This Aria battery can be recharged using the provided USB charger cable and will take about 2-3 hours to reach a full battery from empty.
Digital Display & Intuitive Controls
The current temperature of the Aria is displayed in the middle of the screen right next to the bowl icon that lets you know the oven is actively heating up and it will keep climbing until it reaches your set temperature for the session.
The smaller number beside the current temperature is your desired temperature setting. This vaporizer’s intuitive adjustment buttons take all the guesswork out of using this vape.
How To Use Xvape Aria?
The Aria vaporizer has a straightforward design with intuitive temperature controls and an easy-to-read digital display that takes all the guesswork out of using a new vape. With just a few sessions, you will be a master at using the Xvape Aria portable vaporizer.
1. How To Operate Xvape Aria
Burn-off Cycle
Like with any other vaporizer, it is always best to perform a quick burn-off cycle before using the device for the very first time. This burn-off cycle is meant to rid the unit of any oils left behind as a result of putting this device together.
Simply turn on the device and press the power button located on the side of the device towards the top 3 times within 2 seconds. Use the two adjustment buttons on the side of the device towards the bottom to crank the vape to its highest temperature of 240C. Allow the device to remain heated for about 5 minutes when the auto-shut-off feature kicks in. Your Aria vape is now sterilized.
Preparation
As you wait for the Aria to cool back down, you can begin preparing your material for this session. Use a grinder to break down your herbs to a fine consistency that is well ground, but not too fine to where it can get clogged inside of the vape. When it is ready, remove the mouthpiece from the Aria by lifting up then carefully load your ground material into the oven.
If you will be using concentrates instead, take the provided concentrate pad and place it into the vaporizer’s oven. Place a grain-sized dab onto this pad and replace the mouthpiece.
Choosing a Temperature
Press the power button 3 times like before to turn it back on then use the up and down adjustment buttons to move the temperature to your desired setting. This vape allows you to choose any precise temperature within the range of 100C-240C (212F-464F).
If you are using concentrates, make sure to stick with higher temperatures. You can also change the auto-shutoff timer from 5 minutes to 10 minutes if you’d like a longer session. Simply hold down either the up or down adjustment button and the power button at the same time, the countdown timer will be presented on the digital display.
During Session
You can also see the current temperature of the device climbing on the digital display, when it reaches your desired temp it will stop and the unit will vibrate to let you know it is ready to go. Begin taking long slow draws from the mouthpiece.
2. How To Get the Best Vapor Quality
For the optimal quality of vapor from the Aria vaporizer, make sure that the unit has been fully charged before the session using the provided USB charger cable. When prepping, use fresh herb that is properly cured and make sure to grind it to a fine consistency.
Since this is a conduction-styled vaporizer, the way that you load up the oven is important. Conduction heating means that it relies on the material coming into direct contact with the heating element to cook the contents of the oven, this means the herb needs to be firmly packed for even vaporization and consistent vapor.
Lastly, it is best to clean out the spent material from the Aria’s oven after every single session using the provided brush to prevent buildup. You’ll also need to perform deeper cleanings with isopropyl alcohol about every other week or so depending on how often you vape to keep the device working the way it was intended to.
3. How To Clean/Maintain It
Cleaning the Xvape Aria is really simple since you only need to worry about the mouthpiece and oven. The mouthpiece can be thrown into a container of isopropyl alcohol to soak for about 20 minutes.
After this time period, remove the mouthpiece from the isopropyl alcohol and take a cotton swab to scrub around the inside and dislodge any particles stuck inside. You can then rinse it well with warm water. For the oven, you can take another cotton swab dipped in alcohol to scrub around the inside removing any residue.
Lastly, perform another burn-off cycle to rid the oven of any alcohol residue left behind. Turn on the vape, use adjustment buttons to crank the device to its highest degree of 240C(464F), then let it run for 5-10 minutes when the auto-shutoff feature powers the unit down.
