The new Volcano Digit Vaporizer comes with a prominent and fully customized digital temperature LED display system. This is a great feature for user accessibility, as it allows for immediate and precise temperature control at the touch of a button. On the Volcano Digit Vaporizer, temperature can range between 104°F and 446°F, while temperature accuracy has also improved greatly from the original Volcano model.

The German hand-crafted Volcano Digit showcases the best of convection technology, which disperses air enriched with the active ingredients of the dried herb which has been vaporized into a balloon through a valve. After the balloon has fully inflated with vapor, the valve can be detached and the vapor can be enjoyed for up to 8 hours thanks to Storz & Bickel’s extra strong, leak-proof balloons.
Solid vs. Easy Valve
When developing the Easy Valve, Storz and Bickel took customers preferences and requirements into consideration to produce an incredibly user-friendly balloon valve set. With the Easy Valve, it’s no longer necessary to attach a new balloon to the valve once the vaporizing is complete - the Easy Valve is a ready to use valve balloon unit which comes with a mouthpiece attached. Included in the starter set are 5 Easy Valve balloons and the relevant filling chamber, which can be cleaned and re-used.
The Solid Valve is the standard valve set for Volcano vaporizers. The Solid Valve set allows for greater customization than the Easy Valve set, however putting together the valve and balloon can take some practice. The Solid Valve is also a more cost-efficient choice for long term use, as the balloon material can be bought separate from a valve. This also gives you the freedom to tailor-make your balloons to your own preferred size. The Solid Valve set is sold along with 3 meters of balloon material which can be easily customized to your own needs.
Replacing Your Volcano Balloons
Replacing the balloon in your Volcano vaporizer is a relatively straightforward process, although replacing the balloon in the Solid Valve set can be a slightly trickier task. Easy Valve balloons are replaceable - not reusable - and last for about 50 uses, so once you notice your balloon leaking vapor simply replace it with a new Easy Valve.
With the Solid Valve set, 3 meters worth of Volcano balloon are included with your stainless steel valves - which is usually sufficient for 5 or 6 balloons, but can be tailored to your preference. To replace the balloon in your Solid Valve set, simply follow your user guide to disassemble all parts of your solid valve - mouthpiece, bag, screen, etc. Soak these pieces in isopropyl alcohol to clean, and dry completely before reassembling. Then just cut a new balloon, and attach to the solid valve.
Other alternatives to Storz & Bickel balloons may be used, like Reynolds oven bags. Any other heat-proof oven hoses or oven bags may be used - but do NOT attempt to use plastic bags or cling wrap.

How to use the Volcano Digit Desktop Vaporizer
The Volcano Digit is a super accessible vaporizer to users of all levels, regardless of their previous experiences. When the Volcano Digit is first plugged in, the LED screen will light up and notify you that it is ready to go. Once the LED is on, just press the red button which will initiate the heating process. The desired vaping temperature can be adjusted using the arrow buttons found on the front of the piece. The CONTROL light which is located in between the green and red buttons indicates whether or not the heating element inside the vape is on or off. When the Volcano is heating up, this light will remain on and when the desired temperature has been reached, it will switch off and let you know that you’re ready to vape.
The Volcano is very easily maintained, and the device can be wiped down quickly with alcohol or soapy water to remove any marks. The Volcano Digit 110v AC Vaporizer was unbelievable. I read the instruction book in English. Reviewed it again a couple of times. I fabricated a 32" hanger bracket for the collection bag to clip on to - nice ! Sat down one evening with a good friend, plugged the unit in. This Vaporizer blew me away ! It was easy,simple to operate, and built like a BMW or Mercedes sports car ! The more we used it, the more I liked it ! I would recommend this Vaporizer to anyone serious in buying a quality product.
