Grenco has released the G Pen Pro, based on the older G Pro model but completely refurbished and improved. Each of its components has been redesigned to ensure the best performing portable dry herb vaporizer available today! The main improvement is the oven; now the device comes with a ceramic chamber, which raises the quality of the vapor and enhances the flavor of every session.

Design and Components
The new G Pen Pro features a body made of aluminum finished with a soft-touch matte coating which not only means that it feels great in the hand but it can also stand up to the knocks and bumps associated with daily use. To give users the best possible vaping experience the G Pen Pro has a fully ceramic oven for your dried products and is also fitted with a ceramic heating element to keep your flavor clean and pure, just the way you want it.
The mouthpiece is made of plastic and has a soft silicone cover which makes it super comfortable on your lips when taking a draw. They have also kept the oven a good size and actually made it slightly larger so that you can pack plenty of dried products in there. It measures 8.6 mm across and just over 16mm deep so you can easily fit around a quarter of a gram of material in there for each session.
G Pen Pro Temperature Settings
To give you the best vaping experience there are three temperature setting to choose from. For easy vaping, the device has an LED screen that can show you which heat setting you are currently on:
- 190ºC - blue
- 205ºC - green
- 220ºC - red
The lowest is 375 degrees fahrenheit (blue) the middle is 400 degrees fahrenheit (green) and the highest is 428 degrees fahrenheit (red). These different settings mean you can tailor your flavor and vapor levels to exactly how you like it. The clever technology inside the GPen Pro also allows it to heat up from cold in as little as 20 seconds so you won't be left waiting for you hit while it gets ready.
G Pen Pro Battery
The lithium-ion battery has a capacity of 1300mAh so you won't find you are left with a dead battery after just one or two sessions and charging is taken care of via a micro USB charging lead which means you can pretty much plug in anywhere for a boost these days. Once turned on, the oven will immediately begin to heat up and then once there it will automatically power off after 4 minutes to conserve battery life.

How to use the G Pro vaporizer
With single, smart-button activation and removable parts, the G Pro vaporizer is easy to use even if you’re a beginner. Here’s a quick rundown of exactly how it works:
1. How to operate the G Pen vaporizer
Remove the mouthpiece and load your favorite herb into the ceramic chamber. Replace the mouthpiece once it’s fully loaded, then press the button five times to turn your vape on.
From there, select a heat setting, wait for your unit to heat up, and draw from the mouthpiece once it’s ready.
2. How to get the best vapor quality
To consistently get great vapor from the GPen Pro, it’s important you’re choosing the right heat setting, packing the chamber correctly, and keeping your unit clean.
The right temperature
The green zone (400°F) is a nice middle ground, as it provides what many vapers would consider the ideal balance of flavor and vapor.
If you’re a certified flavor chaser, however, you'll want to try out the blue zone (375°F). If you’re into thicker vapor clouds, you’ll want to try out the red zone (428°F).
The perfect pack
Finely grind your herbs, then pack the chamber densely. This should be the perfect recipe for getting satisfying vapor from your G Pro vaporizer.
Keep it clean
For satisfying vapor with a great taste, it’s important you’re taking care of your device with regular cleaning sessions and proper maintenance.
3. How to clean the G Pen vaporizer
Here’s what you’ll need to do to clean your G Pen Pro vape:
- Empty the chamber of any herb
- Use the cleaning brush to remove excess debris from the chamber
- Use the cleaning brush to wipe off the screen and mouthpiece connections
- Remove the silicone cover from the mouthpiece
- Soak everything (besides the silicone cover) in isopropyl alcohol for 2-5 minutes
- Let all parts dry completely before using your GPen Pro again
Note: To ensure great flavor after cleaning, it’s best practice to run a burn-off cycle. To do so, just heat your vape to the maximum temperature setting and let it run empty for the length of a few sessions.

This has been a very interesting experience, as I didn't know a dry herb vaporizer existed. I'm new to all this, and not a spring chicken, if ya know what I mean... This has an easy draw, heats fast, does the trick. I do wish there were more videos that show how to load it properly, as in amounts, as I don't want to overload the unit (if that's even possible?) and would like to get the most from usage, not just burn through excess product if I should shut it off between hits, or exactly how to use it, not just how to turn it on and make it work (if that makes any sense to other new users). Love it otherwise!
