The DynaTec Apollo 2

The DynaTec Induction Heater Apollo 2 has arrived, and it’s about to elevate your DynaVap experience even further.

The DynaVap collection of vaporizers all share one thing in common: their method of heating.

The collection is completely non-electrical or battery-powered, normally heated using a torch lighter. This has multiple benefits, increasing the usability of each vaporizer on the go for example.

Technology has its benefits though. The Apollo 2 induction heater delivers a precise and effective way to heat your VapCap perfectly and evenly for the ultimate vapor quality.

How To Use The DynaTec Apollo 2?

So here’s how it works. It’s pretty simple to set up and will have you inhaling some pretty flawless vapor in no time. Having used the DynaTec Apollo 2, we’ve pinpointed some of our best tips and tricks to help you get started.

1. How To Operate The DynaTec Apollo 2

The Apollo 2 is electrically powered, so you’ll need to have it plugged into a mains socket. To use the Apollo 2, simply place the VapCap of your DynaVap inside the heating chamber, applying some light pressure. Once a red light appears, you’ll know it’s begun heating. It’ll need between 5-8 seconds to heat fully, at which point you’ll hear the VapCap click to tell you it’s ready.

2. How To Get Best Vapor Quality

To get the best vapor quality is certainly easier with the Apollo 2 in comparison to heating a DynaVap manually with a torch lighter. The Apollo 2 ensure’s the VapCap of your vaporizer is heated as evenly as physically possible.

Users will have to make sure their DynaVap is maintained and clean to get the best vapor, something we’ll go over next.

3. How To Clean/Maintain It

Thanks to the design of the Apollo 2, it doesn’t take much cleaning. It’s designed so that the sealed, full VapCap sits within the Apollo. You’ll want to ensure you’re maintaining your DynaVap, though. Always ensure residue is cleared from the chamber so the vapor quality isn’t affected by any residue combusting.

Quality

What the Apollo 2 does to transform the heating process when using a DynaVap is as luxurious as it is functional. Unaccepting of anything other than perfection, DynaVap created the Apollo 2 to boost the quality of all their users’ sessions.

The Apollo 2 itself consists of the highest quality technology, enabling the VapCap of any DynaVap to heat within seconds.

Battery & Power

The DynaTec Induction Heater Apollo 2 requires connection to a mains power source. It doesn’t feature a chargeable battery, so it’s great for those using their DynaVaps at home.

As you’d imagine, it’s super powerful. The Apollo 2 will expertly heat the VapCap in approximately 5-8 seconds depending on whether you prefer vaping at higher or lower temperatures. The unit boasts a 100-220v power supply with a European two-pronged adapter.

Staff Review

Having owned the DynaVap ‘M’ 2020, and having always struggled with heating the chamber evenly, the Apollo 2 was somewhat of a godsend for me.

It wasn’t the cheapest accessory in the world, there’s no denying that, but it’s great. Any DynaVap owner will know it’s difficult to heat the VapCap easily when manually heating it with a torch lighter.

As someone who mainly vapes at home after a long day, it works for me. It would be nice to have the flexibility of taking the Apollo 2 on the go, especially for the price, but it’s no issue for me personally.

Overall, I would recommend the Apollo 2 to any DynaVap user. It’s not cheap by any means, but it’ll undoubtedly improve the quality of your sessions.

The Apollo 2 induction heater by DynaTec is an excellent piece of hardware for any DynaVap owner. While it will work perfectly with any DynaVap, it won’t be compatible with any other products that don’t have the DynaVap stem and VapCap.

The short answer is no. The DynaTec Induction Heater Apollo 2 is not battery-powered, it’s electrically powered requiring connection to a mains socket.
